Advertorial - SunMoon Fruit Cups & Giveaways

If you have been following me on my Instagram, you would have remembered that these goodies were delivered to me in my office few weeks back! They are refrigerated in our office right now so my colleagues and I have access to a healthier snack alternatives when we have cravings! :X

SunMoon Food Company Limited is a leading Asian brand and divided into 3 main divisions: Fresh Division where they are known for their premium quality Fuji apples, Food Ingredient Division where they are the largest integrated exporter of dehydrated garlic and onion in China and Consumer Product Division which includes production of these fruit cups and fruit crisps.

My favorite from this bunch, and most interesting to me, are the fruit cups! They are so handy and convenient! I don't have to worry about washing fresh fruits or combing an area just to find a fruit stall now, because all I need to do is to purchase a pack from the nearest supermarket and I can conveniently have my fruits-on-the-go! To top it all, the fruit cups are very affordable too ($1.90/pack)! Comes in 3 variants, no artificial preservatives, no added sugar and no artificial colorings, each fruit cup is soaked in 100% Apple juice and rich in Vitamin C! Most importantly, the fruit cups are approved as a 'Healthier Choice' as compared to the canned ones!

Best of all, you can eat the fruits immediately after purchase because each pack of 2 contains 2 spoons too! If you do not like to eat of the cups, feel free to bake and have them with yogurt! I like to have mine off the cups because I am needed to travel around and it serves as a healthier snack alternative.

Personally, my favorite is the Mandarin Orange! Never been a fan of mandarin orange but this got me hooked! Its fresh and every pulp is oozing with juice as I bite. Best of all, I don't have to peel the oranges!!

If you have always been a fan of cocktails/mocktails/desserts with peach and longans, time for a healthier change and use these Peach fruit cups instead!

Alternatively, you may have a switch to having a mixture of Pear, Mandarin Orange and Peach in cocktails/mocktails/desserts! This Mixed Fruits variant will add some interesting change to your usual peach-longan-rambutan desserts!

Get yours today at Sheng Siong, NTUC Fairprice and selected SPC & Caltex Stations. They can also found at SunMoon retail and online store (sunmoondirect.com).

So here is the fun part!!

SunMoon is giving away $30 worth of SunMoon products! You may even stand a chance to try their fruit crisps which I LOVE too!

Health & Fitness - Women don't get bulky easily

Unfortunately, yet expectedly, I still get a lot of questions when ladies tell me they are afraid to do weight training for the fear of gaining bulky muscles. So after some thought, I decided to put in my photos through the years to prove the fact that 'Women don't get bulky easily!'. Bear with me as I found some really hideous photos while browsing. LOL

Starting from 2008, when I was working part-time in RB (Redbull) as a Wiiings team member (later promoted to Wiiings team leader in 2009). Believe it or not, I was one of the person my girls would contact first when there is a party, or going to have a party. Late nights and alcohol were my good (I won't say best) friends.
2008 - When I first joined RB and Alaina (our BOSS then) left shortly after. I hate those arms with fats protruding at the side. And I still had braces on!
2009 - RB Yacht party. Super skinny-fat, unhealthy eating, alcohol, everything bad.
2009 August - Those ugly-looking arms and bad standing posture with skinny fats. YUCKS!
2010 - skinny, stick-skinny.
2010 - During a friend's hen's night. One of my many skinniest moments.
2010 - Jason used to say my shoulders were so narrow they make my head look oversized. Now when I look back, I know why.
2010 - Okay it was a company dinner and dance and I badly wanted to win dressed up as Lady Gaga. Don't know what got into my head.
2010 May - Nothing on my back. No muscle. NOTHING, just bones.
2011 January (Sabah) - I started working out like once a week/fortnight. Horrible!
2011 - Another hen's night, I think I was putting on weight then and working out slightly more, about once a week diligently? hurhur.

2012 - THIS time, I was really working out and starting to watch my diet.
2012 - Fast-tracked to MY hen's night. The last time I really drank but prior to this, I have already stopped for awhile (maybe 1 year?).
2013 - Aside from the other photos some of you have seen, this was after our wedding, after I started blogging.
2013 - When Jason started IG and we were massively posting fitness stuff.
2014 - VOTE FOR ME! http://www.stuff.tv/sg/covergirlsearch/#vote
Okay.. so bottom-line is that I did not get bulky at all. Till date, I have been doing this working-out-5-6-times-a-week for a year, and only good things happened. My hip size went down by a size, shoulders increased a size (maybe slightly more since some size S-es feel tighter, and one particular got stuck and I needed help removing), right now, my body looks more proportionate, no more big head, small shoulders, pear-shaped bottom. ALL THANKS to lifting weights and working out 5-6 times a week and having a well-balanced diet! :)

So everyone, for those who doesn't know, I'M DYING TO BE PUT ON THE COVER OF STUFF MAGAZINE AUGUST ISSUE! So help me by voting for me!

Happyphotopeople + Sponsorships

Two weeks ago, Jason and I relived our wedding photoshoot experience with Happyphotopeople! Kuanyee, our dear talented photographer braved the scorching hot sun, carrying her props met us at botanic gardens where we had three outfit shoots. It was completed with much sense of achievement, albeit feeling super drained and dehydrated from the hot sun. So, without further ado, I will be presenting some of my favourite shots taken.

I think Kuanyee managed to catch me redhanded making fun of Jason. LOL! BUT, that's definitely not true and you believe me right? :D

These series are so lovely taken!
Still my favourite shot! <3

Here comes the awkward fitness wear segment where we were completely noobs! Okay but we tried! :)

I hope you guys like the photos and if interested, feel free to contact Kuanyee at happyphotopeople@gmail.com for a 2-hour photoshoot and remember to quote 'Limaran' or 'Jason' for a 10% off the original price of $150!

On the side note, I'm currently looking for more sponsorships since I have settled hair. Nails, facial, indoor tanning, anything at all, kindly contact me at limaran@gmail.com if you are keen to sponsor me or know anyone who are looking to sponsor! Thank you in advance! :)

My next post will be an exciting one because I'll be revealing exactly what I have been busy with so stay tuned! :P

Good night and have a great weekend ahead! Till the next!
