Fitness Talk - Personal Training at Orchid (SGPT) Gym

As promised, I'm back with photos of the gym that I'm based at! The gym is cosy and exclusive to only personal training and our clients. Apart from the usual personal training sessions, clients are also invited to utilise the gym at your own time, outside of the scheduled personal training sessions. I love to train here myself, because I have the luxury of space and equipments. Enjoy as I bring you through to the different parts of the gym!

View from the entrance. There are more than 4 benches for you to choose from!
First smith machine, nearest to the entrance.

Plenty of mirrors for you to check your form out and well, selfies. :P
Boxing gloves for some action on fun training days.
2nd smith machine, which couples as a rack too.
Hanging knee/leg raises.
Multi-purpose machine which you can use for plenty of exercises (I will share bit by bit along the way).
Array of dumbbells for your use.
Oh there is also a leg press machine and one of the benches can be used as a leg extension and leg curl for some isolated movements on your legs!

General locker area for your water bottles and miscellaneous.
Simple shower facilities, for clients who rush back to work after a lunchtime workout.
Changing room and exclusive shoe rack for our clients who leave their shoes there for convenience.
Selfietime!

I will slowly introduce some of the workouts I do with my clients and for myself along the way so stay tuned! Meanwhile, if you happen to work around the area and looking for a quick lunch workout, feel free to give me a buzz at 9688 6802 and I will provide a FREE trial session for you! Bring your colleagues and friends down!

Have a fantastic weekend ahead everyone!

Fitness Talk - Training ground

I have officially gotten myself stationed at the gym (level 2) of Orchid Hotel! Will be updating this space with more information on the gym and how it looks like. Most importantly, how this cosy space will be just enough for personal training, and even for my own training so stay tuned!

Travel Talk - Bali Day 2

Whatsupp guys! I'm back with Day 2! We took a long time to decide whether we should head to the beach again since our flight was only in the evening. Well, after some debates and negotiation, I obviously won! :D So here goes more beach 'photoshoot' photos!
SEXY BACK *WEEWEEET*
THIS, is his true self! Which I so adore :P

We left the beach after about 2 hours and got changed at the dark toilet at Ku De Ta again before heading back to the villa.

Dress: Love, Bonito

Then we decided to soak in the pool for a bit and prepped the tripod again. LOL

Showered, changed and got out for our complimentary lunch at 3pm and we took the free shuttle back to Seminyak Square to hunt for the coffee house that our driver mentioned.

Necklace: Epicurations
Shorts: Zara
Shoes: Keds

We finally found the hippy coffee house called Revolver! They are known for their coffee and concept of the cafe. We love the place so much we will definitely be back when we visit Bali next time! The place reminded us of London and especially the countryside so we love it (minus the heat).
Ordered latte and carrot cake to share. The carrot cake was so-so but coffee was quite good!

We then walked along the streets for awhile before heading back to our villa to grab our stuff and then to the airport. The trip was TOOO short but we had fun anyway! Looking forward to our next trip!

Good night and have an awesome weekend!

Travel Talk - Bali Day 1

Before this becomes outdated, let me bring you guys back to my trip to Bali, Seminyak early last month. We almost decided to forego this trip, because we couldnt get out of SG in April (which was when I intended the trip to be, as a birthday surprise for Jason) so we managed to squeeze some time out during the school holidays for a short getaway.

Bought the deal on one of the deal sites and we were extremely disappointed when we first stepped into the 'villa'. The exterior looked very pretty but the interior was rather horrible. We arrived late at night on the first day, only enough time for a night rest so we can start the day early (and get out of the villa). The staff were all very nice, warm and friendly though, which made the stay less unbearable.

Headed to Seminyak Square and walked around the area first thing in the morning after our breakfast. We found out that that area is actually a shopping paradise! Went from shop to shop, and bought our new flops for about 40% cheaper than SG. WHOOPP!

Then we headed to Seminyak Beach to chill the afternoon away before our reservation at Ku De Ta. The water was very clear, except that Seminyak Beach is not a white sand beach (made me miss the white sands at Pulau Perhentian). Bought a set of 2 benches and 2 HUGE coconuts after negotiating with the guy and settled down before we started out own photoshoot sesh. LOL.

Okay, so I ran out of poses
I really don't know when I can get rid of those tan lines seriously !@#@$##@!
SELFIETIME!
Love this series that Jason took so I'm bombing more! :P

Went in to the SUPER DARK toilet in Ku De Ta to change before we ordered food and snapped more photos while waiting. I have no idea how many mozzie bites I got when I was there. ZZZZ

Dress from Love, Bonito

My handsome boy!
Okay we were so hungry I only managed one shot and I forgot what the name of this pizza was. :D
Left Ku De Ta slightly before sunset to capture some romantic moments on our camera. We still couldn't believe we actually gave up our seats to an elderly couple. The restaurant was quickly filling up when we arrived and was filled up to the brim when we left.

After which we decided to kill time and eat at Coco Cafe because it was only about 7pm then. Coco Cafe at that hour feels like an elderly cafe because we were the only younger couple in the entire restaurant, to our horror. All the youngsters should all be having fun at Ku De Ta or Potato Head Club or some happening hangout just about to star the night, but we were about to end the night. LOL! We headed back to our villa after the meal at the "elderly" cafe. HAHA #whywesoold

Okay, day 1 wasn't very interesting I know, given our energy levels and absolutely-no interest to join in the fun at the clubs or drinks after hours. Day 2 will be slightly more interesting I promise! :P
